CELEBRITY “ESTHETICIAN TO THE STARS” COMES EXCLUSIVELY TO CHICAGO!

Saturday, December 17th, 2011

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

CHICAGO, IL.. December 15, 2011.Movie Moguls, Hollywood agents, Sofia Coppola, Julianna Margulies and Winona Ryder, just to name a few, are among the many A-listers who frequented Steven Miller for the I-DERM treatment in Los Angeles. Steven recently returned to Chicago, his home town, where he set up shop in the heart of Hinsdale, Illinois with owner Heather McNair Stoffer. Stoffer who was a Hollywood actress from 1983-1993 starred in TV series Automan, St. Elsewhere, Knight Rider and films such as Airwolf, Chaplin and Madhouse. Heather met Miller at now the infamous FacePlace in Los Angeles, before moving back to Chicago.

Miller, who has been practicing the I-DEM treatment for 21 years, was just named the Midwest Regional Educational Director for the I-DERM treatment. The faceloft will be the first training center for the I-DERM in the Midwest. Steven’s exclusive I-DERM treatment is officially here in the Midwest at the faceloft giving his clients the “red-carpet” look…!

The Deep Skin Ionization is a clinical treatment for the modern day client that delivers a results orientated experience. “Gone are the days of clients languishing around the facial lounge receiving the creature comforts of a massage, and aromatherapy offerings. Today’s client doesn’t have the time these days”, explains Steven Miller. Clients are looking for immediate results. Refined, refreshed and ready to go.

I-DERM, a preventative treatment, is a non-invasive, deeply hydrating, sculpting, refining and tightening treatment. An application of an electrical wave technology known as Galvanism is applied. The “clinical styled” procedure lasts 70 minutes and is ideal for all skin types. It keeps your complexion youthful, dewy and smooth! The benefits of ionization are countless: it is plumping, PH balancing and calms and helps heal the entire body, utilizing the central nervous system, it even creates relaxation…electronically. The greaseless, potent cleansing and firming action, is not just for women, as it’s ideal for men as well. “A Facial which is more clinical than Cosmetic in Nature.”

Each client will work with Steven to develop a custom program that meets their needs and objectives. Treatments can be applied as frequently as every 3rd day, or programs designed for weekly or bi-weekly visits. Steven will even welcome a walk-in customer who is preparing for a special evening or event! A client that has problematic skin will schedule a treatment every week. “It’s just like going to the gym,” Steven explains, “but better”. In order to accelerate and achieve maximum results, clients with the most rhythmic, and regular treatments, will benefit the most, which is why the faceloft is often referred to as the “Skin Gym.”

I-DERM is groundbreaking, more effective than any generic mainstream or European cosmetic facial out there.

VOGUE, ALLURE, and BAZAAR Magazines, have deemed Steven Miller innovative in his I- DERM treatment and approach to clinical skin management. “Miller never met a pore he didn’t think was clogged, and unfortunately our skin proved him right.“ And “an incredible electronic firming treatment, based on the medical use of electro-stimulation is a real bang for one’s buck” cites client Susan Forristal. Susan was quick to credit Steven Miller for giving her “the skin of a 30-year old”. Most of Steven’s client’s come into the faceloft every week to maintain their skin. “I see myself as positioned between the cosmetic counter and the dermatologist,” Miller says. “And no one is going to take the amount of time with your skin that I do.”

Miller performs every Deep Skin Ionization Facial Treatment himself to guaranteed results. The treatments (cost $100-$150) can be also purchased in a series of 6 ($80-$125) at the faceloft.

With appearances at THE MERCER HOTEL, CRISTOPHE Beverly Hills, THE CHATEAU MARMONT, FOUR SEASONS HOTEL Beverly Hills, and an appearance on Good Morning America to his credit, Steven Miller, Celebrity Esthetician has arrived…!

Hartley’s Cycle Shoppe in Downtown Hinsdale since 1958

Tuesday, August 26th, 2008

Bike Riders

Hartley’s bicycle shop located at 24 West Hinsdale Avenue in downtown Hinsdale not only provides quality service and bicycling expertise, but extends its service by collecting bicycles for the needy.  Ken hartley, owner of Hartley’s Cycle Shoppe in Hinsdale, donates used bikes to Pillars, a nonprofit social service organization that provides for families in need. Hartley requires that bikes donated through his store be in good condition.  A bike that has been wrecked or has plenty of rust will not be accepted, unless the donar is willing to pay to have it fixed.

As a resident of Hinsdale I am proud to have Hartleys in our small community doing the right thing to help those in need. Bikes are not only for kids, but for those who don’t have a car, those with mental disabilities, those who have had their licenses taken away and those who share the importance of a green earth and good health. Those who benefit the most though are the children due to local parents who have encouraged their children to donate bikes that they have outgrown.  If you speak to an advocate or bicycling lover, then they will tell you that there is nothing like challenging yourself on a bike.  Hard work pays off.

If you are interested in bicycling, Hartleys website is a wealth of information.  Visit their site at http://hartleyscycle.com and see for yourself how the years of service, commitment and the love for the sport can benefit you, a loved one or the needy.
